Basic Info:

Human Name: (the name of the human who's skin the Akuma is wearing)

Spirit Name: (the name of the spirit inside the Akuma)

Age of Human: (the age of the human skin... is it a young child, an old man?)

Human Appearance: (the appearance of the human skin. Please put in five or more sentences and maybe include a picture)

Akuma Appearance: (the appearance of the machine-demon side. If you need help figuring out what they look like here are some links to show different levels:)

Level: (1 is the most common and least powerful, while Level 4s are very rare... there are only two that are known of in the manga/anime)

Attacks: (level 1st have only one attack, Blood Bullets, while Level 2s have two, Level 3rd have three, and Level fours have up to five. Give them flashy names)
