So I've decided that NPC's will be allowed. There are a few open spots if anyone wants to fill them and you can have as many NPC's as you want.
Open: Millenium Earl
Asian Branch Head North American Branch Head Oceania Branch Head Middle East Branch Head Lero Any other NPC's at the Branches Any other random NPC's
Closed: 14th Noah HQ Cook (Jamie)
As an NPC you can post in a topic, but please put a note at the top of of your reply so we don't think that your exorcist is playing Lero or the Millenium Earl
